Toby is an absolutely adorable boy that has a mind of his own looking for his "partner in crime". He is great with cats (actually a little shy around them), but dominant toward dogs so he will be better with a submissive dog. Toby has been around small dogs his whole life, and would feel most comfortable with smaller dogs.
He loves attention and will be better in a home with older kids who know not to push a dog. He is potty trained and has the most precious eyes that melt you.
